What is INMU KING singing about?

A grand anthem praising Yajū Senpai as a savior, a king, and a god.

But this mythology is built from Inmu meme quotes, misheard lines, MAD remixes, blue-screen cutouts, and far-fetched fan theories recycled online for nearly twenty years.

The song sounds strangely majestic. Look up its references one by one, though, and the whole thing suddenly becomes ridiculous. That gap is what makes these lyrics fun.

Here is our take on the lyrics. Some references have competing explanations. Don't get mad if we've got one wrong.

(Koji Tadokoro)

Koji Tadokoro, the name associated with Yajū Senpai, is not his confirmed real name.

His character was named only Tadokoro. A suspect in an obscenity case happened to share that surname, so internet users borrowed his name, then changed the given name to Koji because it was easier to type with a Japanese input method.

Years of online use made this nickname his established identity. In the song it is less a real name and more “a hero name within the meme”. That alone tells you how absurd Inmu can be. What is even happening?

(Walking the royal road)

I am the king who walks the royal road

Sounds majestic, right? If only that were the actual context.

It actually comes from his answer to an interview question about his preferred type of adult entertainment.

INMU KING is turning a comment about adult-entertainment preferences into a king's title. What is even happening?

(The old guy of eternal summer)

This is also not the title he gave himself.

The nickname grew out of jokes where people pretend not to know Inmu and describe Yajū Senpai as an outsider would.

“Yajū Senpai” → “the midsummer old guy” → “the eternal-summer old guy”

His name changes like a game of telephone, and even that ends up in the song.

(A messiah descends upon the summit of the internet; a beast saves lives with his moans; he is our Jesus Christ)

In the first half of the lyrics, Yajū Senpai is depicted as a savior who has descended onto the internet.

Inmu fans have long joked that watching him cheers them up, calling him a “visual antidepressant.” The song takes that half-joking worship and blows it up to gospel proportions.

What we are doing is

Main character of internet meme → Messiah → Jesus Christ level

Quite a bizarre promotion.

The moan refers to the famous “Ikisugii!” quote. An absurd line somehow makes everyone happy. A life-saving beast indeed.

(A filthy world where conflict never ends; a goddess trains to save it)

This is a Nomlish-style fantasy rewrite of his line “I do training.”

What is Nomlish translation? Please do your own research.

By the way, the goddess is based on the Yajū Senpai girl theory. Apparently it comes from the high-pitched panting. don't think too deeply

(An embrace that forgives every violation of human rights)

Nobody actually gave permission.

Come on!” — an embrace that holds us all)

The first words are a famous quote from Inmu Chapter 4, also written as 114514. Fans also read it as “let a good world come,” turning it into a wish for peace.

The scene is a line at the timing of ascension (described later). I'll leave it to your imagination.

If you just look at the context, it's a pretty weird scene, but for some reason in INMU KING it's translated into a meaning similar to the charity of a saint who accepts everything.

(Come, let us drain this iced tea)

Iced tea, which appears as an important prop in the original story, is treated like a ceremonial drink in INMU KING.

In the original story, he puts sleeping pills in his junior's iced tea...

Even the sound of adding the pills became a meme quote: “Saa!”

(The heavens cry out, the earth trembles)

However, this was originally a Nomlish translation story. Apparently

The story that makes coma a “sacred ritual”

Needless to say, what is happening on the source side is not a sacred act.

INMU KING is generally a song like this.

(Accept the holy drug-facilitated rape)

From the scene in Chapter 4 where Yajū Senpai forces him to drink iced tea containing sleeping pills and rapes him.

Well...

(At the hour of ascension, hear his meme quotes)

Ascension means ascension. Ikisugii!

お前やりますねぇスギ(“You're doing it too well!” (Omae yarimasunee-sugi))

Three meme quotes mashed together.

① Kimura, come on!

The scene where the karate club called out Kimura, who had been briefly looking at him while changing clothes.

② “You're good at this!” (Yarimasunee!)

During an interview with Koji Tadokoro, this is what he said when he was asked if he usually masturbates.

Because of this, even the normal Japanese word ``Yarimasu'' can be interpreted as a Inmu. Hit detection is too big

③ Ikisugii!

Explained above.

The first quote isn't even his. Annoyingly, the combination sounds fantastic.

(Jussenpaiya)

It's Yajū Senpai with the syllables shuffled, like Japanese slang that turns Ginza into “Zagin.” Probably.

(The internet's treasure forever)

A precious treasure connecting nations. Definitely not someone put on display for mockery.

(All you fools who make fun of him online, repent and ask for his forgiveness.)

In Chapter 4, he invites Tono inside with “Iiyo agatte” (“Sure, come upstairs”). His slurred delivery sounds like “kuiaratamete” (“repent”), which became the joke.

By the way, this is what it sounds like. Please repent.

(He's not a talking poop; he's the man approved by God.)

There are various theories, but it's dirty so I don't have to touch it?

(Butchippa! Butchippa! Butchippa!)

His bodily-excretion sound. Gross.

(The man who was made to bear all the sins)

All he did was appear in a gay adult video.

(A man who makes everyone smile)

MAD, meme quotes, BB, sound MAD, game commentary, collages, and even the current AI videos.

It has been a joke for over 20 years, and has spread beyond Japan and overseas.

If you consider the number of people involved, it certainly makes a considerable number of people laugh.

(A man with even less going to waste than a monkfish)

Monkfish are said to be ``a fish that has nothing to throw away,'' and you can eat almost all of their bodies, including their internal organs.

On the other hand, Yajū Senpai,

  • Face → image edits
  • Expressions → jokes
  • Lines → meme quotes
  • Moans → audio MAD remixes
  • Movement → blue-screen cutouts
  • Interviews → meme quotes
  • Underwear → jokes
  • Excretion sound → “Butchippa!”

And,

Almost every element left in the video has been reused as an internet meme.

With a monkfish, it stops at the organs. With this guy, even bodily sounds get turned into products.

(A man who grows stronger with every BB cutout)

BB means blue-background video cutouts.

Yajū Senpai's movements such as running, flying, swinging his sword, attacking, and being blown away are cut out on a blue background and can be freely combined with other MADs.

(A man whose parents were killed by briefs)

Top ranking of meaningless nicknames.

Asked about his underwear in an interview, he was wearing something that looked very much like briefs, but described it as:

"Stretchy boxer type"

"Feels like spats"

For some reason, he stubbornly refused to admit that it was briefs.

He avoids calling them briefs so stubbornly that people asked:

“Were this guy's parents killed by briefs?”

A theory was born.

(A woman whose every word becomes a meme quote)

Practically everything Yajū Senpai says gets turned into a meme quote.

“Yarimasunee,” “Ikisugii!” and “Iiyo! Koiyo!”

Even ordinary Japanese gets treated as an Inmu reference just because he once said it.

That is why this site has a meme quote checker.

And only at the end, for some reason, it's not a "man" but awoman.

This is based on the Yajū Senpai girl theory.

Based on all kinds of factors, such as high-pitched voices, drinking iced tea, and using large pillows,

“Could Yajū Senpai be a girl?”

This theory has been advocated for many years.

(Saved the world just by appearing in a gay adult video)

If you just calmly say what the person did,

Appeared in old adult films.

That's basically it.

However, as a result of the footage being edited by netizens for over 20 years,

  • An endless supply of meme quotes
  • MAD culture is born
  • BB theater is born
  • Advance to game commentary
  • Spreading to overseas countries such as China
  • Become a music video with AI
  • Go to the top of Oricon

A meaningless history has been completed.

Unbeknownst to the person himself, it has become a worldwide internet meme.

Considering that,

“Saved the world just by appearing.”

Even this exaggeration has some persuasive power.

It's just my imagination.

(He deserves this title: “King of Inmu”)

And there's the title of the song.

INMU KING。

What even is a king of Inmu?

INMU KING! INMU KING! INMU KING! INMU KING!(INMU KING! INMU KING! INMU KING! INMU KING!)

It's the coronation ceremony.

Let's all praise the king.

(Come, let us accept this kiss (baiser))

Here comes the final rites.

"Bese" means kiss.

Inmu Chapter 4 ends with a kiss between Yajū Senpai and Tono.

In the first half, they were drinking iced tea, but in the last part, they finally upgraded toritual to accept a kiss.

The song also climaxes

(Partake of holy pure-love rape)

Contradiction

(At the hour of ascension, offer him words of prayer)

In the first chorus,

“Hear his meme quotes.”

It was.

However, in the end,

“Offer him words of prayer.”

Become.

In other words, at the beginning of the song we were listening to Yajū Senpai's words, but by the end we were the ones offering prayers to Yajū Senpai.

If you've made it all the way through, congratulations: you're an Inmu fan now.
