October 13: submission, planned release and removal
Yajuman announced a submission through Uta-Suki Music Post on the morning of October 13. The intended availability was October 16 at 10 a.m., provided nothing went wrong.
Later that day Yajuman said the track had been removed. October 16 was therefore a conditional scheduled date, not proof that customers could select the song from JOYSOUND machines. Describing it as an established karaoke release would be misleading.
Why was the upload removed?
This was the user-upload service Uta-suki Music Post. Its rules cover rights, public decency and removal by the operator. Knowing the lyrics may make you go “well… yeah,” but that is commentary, not a confirmed reason for removal.
Some accounts mention Article 4(15), but that does not isolate a particular lyric or right as the cause. Read the registration and removal posts together rather than inventing a mystery pressure campaign.
Does JOYSOUND ban AI-generated songs?
No blanket ban follows from this incident. The service provides specific guidance for music created with automatic tools, including AI, requiring proof of commercial-use permissions.
Tool licensing and permission to use third-party likenesses or source material are separate questions. We cannot identify which factor led to the decision in this particular case.
How can you sing the song now?
Yajuman suggested continuing to connect a smartphone and play the original MV or karaoke-style videos. Compatibility with external devices varies by venue and equipment.
Playing a video externally is different from finding an officially selectable JOYSOUND song. Reposting or monetizing copies still requires applicable rights.
What happens next?
As of October 16 we have not confirmed an official restored listing after the October 13 removal report. A new submission, different distribution method or later approval remains unverified.
